Most simple business sites cost £200 or less, including multiple pages and a contact form. Suitable sites can run on free hosting, with just your domain renewal to pay after the build. Paid features or higher usage may add costs; I’ll explain these before we start.

Before we begin.
Do I need a finished brief?
No. A short explanation of the problem or a few examples is enough. The first conversation turns that into a practical next step.
Who will I work with?
You work directly with Jiyu, the engineer who scopes, designs, and builds the project. One point of contact from the first conversation to handover.
Are there ongoing costs?
Any hosting, domain, third-party service, or support costs are explained before work starts. Simple websites offer free monthly options or paid plans from £5/month, with an included monthly allowance of AI updates.
Who owns the finished work?
Once the agreed invoice is paid, the work built specifically for you is yours. Third-party services, licences, and reusable components are identified in the proposal.
